To create an account, visit www.organexia.com and click on “Log in / Register”. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide accurate and complete information. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

Organexia supports a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, and more. Our platform connects you with service providers who specialize in various event types.

Verified service providers have completed our KYB (Know Your Business) process, ensuring they meet our standards for professionalism and reliability.

Booking & Payment

To book a service, select your event date, choose the desired services, and follow the instructions to add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, select a payment method, and confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.

We accept payments via bank transfer, cash deposit, online payment using Cards via CMI, and cash on delivery. Detailed instructions for each payment method can be found in the Payment Methods and Billing Terms section of our Terms and Conditions.

Yes, we use SSL/TLS encryption, secure hosting, and comply with GDPR and Moroccan data protection laws to ensure the security of your payment information. For more details, please refer to the Data Security section of our Privacy Policy.

Yes, you can modify your booking by contacting the service provider directly. Please note that changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.

If your payment fails, ensure your payment details are correct and your account has sufficient funds. If the issue persists, contact your bank or our customer support for assistance.

Cancelation and Refunds

Users can cancel their bookings according to the specific service agreement terms. Full refunds are provided if the service provider declines the request, fails to respond within 48 hours, identifies a conflict of interest, or cancels the request. Please refer to the Cancelation and Refunds section of your booked service and in the GTCUS for more details.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of the refund request using the same payment method as the original payment. For more information, see the Payment Methods and Billing Terms section.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the service provider’s policy. It is recommended to review the cancellation terms during the booking process. Full refunds are provided only under specific conditions outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

You will receive an email notification confirming the refund process and status. The refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used.

Account Management

Users can update their account information by logging into their account and accessing the account details. It is important to keep your information up-to-date to ensure smooth service delivery.

If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

Yes, you can delete your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected] or visiting the Privacy and Data Management section. Your personal information will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Accounts inactive for five years will be deleted to ensure data security. You will be notified via email before deletion. To keep your account active, simply log in periodically.

To set up 2FA, log into your account and go to Wordfence 2FA section. Follow the instructions to enable 2FA, which will add an extra layer of security to your account.

Service providers must comply with local laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary licenses if it is the case and maintaining professional standards. They are also required to complete our KYB (Know Your Business) process and adhere to transparency rules.

Organexia follows GDPR guidelines to ensure your data is collected, processed, and stored securely. Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, and we use pseudonymization and encryption to protect your information.
